Big Peat is a marriage of Single Malt from distilleries on Islay (Ardbeg, Bowmore, Caol Ila & Port Ellen), Douglas Laing would like to present a unique yet balanced Islay flavour in one single bottle. Other than Core Range, they release limited editions to celebrate festivals or for different markets.This year we have a special one for Mid-Autumn Festival. With notes of sweet toasted marshmallows, peat smoke, honey and charred oak, this bottle pairs perfectly with mooncakes.
