Heaven Hill Distillery in Kentucky continues his legacy, crafting each bottle of Elijah Craig Bourbon using his original methods—combining local corn and grains with limestone-rich Kentucky spring water for fermentation, then distilled and aged.

The aroma greets you with caramel and toasted oak, accented by hints of apple and orange. On the palate, rich vanilla, caramel, and butterscotch come through, with a subtle kick of black pepper and cinnamon.
