Chorlton Whisky - Bealach Ruadh (Caol Ila) 7 Year Old

The instant nose is peat smoke, beach sand, salt and fresh herbs, by developing more with time, there’s a good hit of sweetness - toffee apples, salted caramel and hint of chocolate digestive biscuit.

The palate is surprisingly complex for such age - smoke, sea salt, chocolate biscuits, charred lemons, touches of oranges and tropical fruit, with a long herbal and smoky finish.
