Mortlach 16 Year Old

Matured in Sherry Casks, this 16YO is full-bodied with a warm, lingering finish.

Casks provide a significant berry aroma to the whisky, and on nose there are earthy and spicy notes. A leather-like spiciness can be found easily, while almonds and honey are found in mid-palate. Finished with a surprising sweetness and long aftertaste.
