Rich and complex, matured in Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks.
On nose there are notes of blackcurrant, brown sugar, with hints of plum and raisins, while on palate it is complex - fruity, yet with hazelnut, cinnamon, lemon and a butterscotch-like sweetness. A fresh and smooth finish with long lasting oaky sweetness.
