Talisker Distillers Edition 2008-2018

Double-matured in ex-bodega Amoroso cask for rich and fruity sweetness - a simple and interesting variation.

On the nose it does not contain very strong smoky notes, but clean with wonderful sultana sweetness. On the palate crisp peat softens into enormous richness, with sweet, toasty maltiness and significant sherry notes. Deep cocoa notes, vanilla, and peat are found in the finish.
