Liquid Treasures - Blended Malt 19 Year Old 2001

Released as a member of ‘Living World’ series - featuring amphibians, insects and animals on label.

A balanced, earthy and sherried blended malt. On the nose there is classic roasted chestnuts, chocolate, raisins, walnut cake and some mocha notes. On the palate you can taste notes of liquorice and leather, a meaty touch at first. Some chocolate, coffee and marmalade are developed later. The finish is quite long, with some smoky notes and bitter oranges notes.
