Using the best Yamadanishiki rice from Hyogo prefecture, Kochi yeast (CEL-19) and Kumamoto yeast (KA-1), this sake has elegant and subtle fruity and floral aromas such as apple and pear. Silky soft palate, ripe, stable and sweet fruits such as apple, pear, melon, with notes of fresh rice, lively yoghurt-like savouriness, crisp finish with acidity.
