Colonel E.H. Taylor Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey

Colonel E.H. Taylor Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey
Colonel E.H. Taylor Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey

Named after Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr, one of the founding fathers of the bourbon industry. At the close of the Civil War, he purchased O.F C. Distillery known today as Buffalo Trace Distillery. And until today, this small batch whiskey used whiskey aged inside century old warehouses constructed during E.H. Taylor’s time as owner. And this is a bottled-in-bond bourbon, which means the bourbon must be the product of one distilling season from one distillery, aged at least 4 years in a federally bonded warehouse and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV).

With aromas of raisins, sandalwood, vanilla, caramel and spices. On the palate, you can find citrus sweetness, black pepper, cinnamon and tobacco.
