Whistlepig 15 Year Old Estate Oak Straight Rye Whiskey

WhistlePig purchased their farm in 2007, a relatively young distillery, and they spent 5 years renovating the dairy barn. Since then they aim to make finest Rye Whiskey, beginning with blending with a stock of 10 year old whiskey they got from a Canadian distillery.

Whistlepig 15 year old is finished in “Vermont Estate Oak”, the type of oak harvested from the distillery  farm and the surrounding area, a unique type of cask. With a rich aroma of caramel, vanilla, oak, spice and orange.
