A classic Orkney released by Chorlton whisky, mild, refreshing and savoury. On nosing, you can find honey, citrus and mint first, then waxy and sweetnesses like banana and cream. On the palate, butterscotch, lime first, comes with citrus and a bit of soapiness, then ends together with a gentle note of smoke.
