Liquid Treasures - North British 15 Year Old 2007

This 15-year-old North British matured in a Sherry Butt. Although it's not as old, its quality is not inferior to Single Malt. The aroma starts with burnt caramel, red berry jam, and chocolate, followed by a hint of custard sweetness and a slight smoky scent of burning wood. The taste is clearly chocolate and dried fruit. The mouthfeel is full and smooth, contrasting with its age. The sweetness slowly seeps out as the aftertaste, leaving a clean, non-cloying finish that makes you want to take another sip immediately.
