Chorlton Whisky - Glen Ord 8 Year Old

We have Glen Ord this time in Summer release 2022! The distillery you may have only seen as Singleton’s bottles. Matured for 8 years in a single Oloroso Sherry Hogshead, unlike other young sherry whisky in recent years, this one is more like an old-school dry sherry whisky, with dried figs, beeswax, old leather and slight smokiness, you will also find dark fruits, raisins and spices. On the palate, it is full of layers of flavors with marmalade, baked apple, ginger syrup and chocolate, and it lasts in the finish with slight woodsmoke.
