二兔 Nito Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu Shiboritate Banzai 55

2024 marks the end of the Year of the Rabbit and the beginning of the Year of the Dragon. Of course, we can't miss out on the adorable New Year Sake from Maruishi Brewery! The rice used is Banzai (ばんざい) rice, a restored sake rice from Okazaki, polished to 55% and uniquely used only in Nito Sake!

Upon opening the bottle, it immediately releases an elegant ginjo fragrance, along with the fresh aroma of green apples. The fresh taste of rice gently spreads in the mouth, accompanied by a subtle effervescence.
