A proud Sake from a female brewer from Noto Brewing Society in Ishikawa prefecture, well balanced between sweetness and rice flavour.

With fruity and elegant aromas, such as apple, pear, white peach, and subtle cooked rice. The brewery emphasises on rice flavour on palate, so there is a hint of rice flavour apart from juicy apple, pear and melon, balanced with Umami (savouriness), and it ends with a crispy and clean finish.
