Pure ginjo aromas of fresh banana and melon. The palate is very focused and pure, elegant fruits with sweetness of rice, balanced with mild acidity, together with hints of savouriness. Pure yet with layers, but if you want to experience a sake that can recall spring to your life, this sake is the one to get.
