香港威士忌酒吧 House Welley 今次帶來了一款名為「The Balvenie Castle」的 Single Cask，酒廠名稱經已「畫出腸」，但罕見地不是以 Burnside 之名、亦不是 Blended Malt Whisky，而是簡潔地標明為 Speyside Single Malt Whisky。

// 這 36 年 ex-Bourbon cask 第一下是黃桃果醬、黃莓、然後滲透過一陣麥芽，旋即又再發展出奶油和香草、雲尼拿，之後蜜蠟、蜂蠟般 waxy 感跑出來，倒真的有點像其他大廠影子了；然後到口中，青綠色的啤梨、木梨、黃蘋果等多種香氣愈發明亮，51.7% 的酒精度數使結構飽滿而有力，年份卻教它已絲毫無侵略性，再有杏、蜂蜜蛋糕、及最後的黃香李果醬結尾。且上述的元素到你實際品飲時，出場的次序或許有別，因這是一款變化頗多的酒，我們就很享受它的每個面貌了，亦鼓勵諸位不要只試一次，它可是有更多的層次等你發掘呢。//
