Tullibardine
Tullibardine, located in Blackford, evolved from a centuries-old brewing site into a modern distillery in 1949. Originally known for producing a light, nutty whisky for blends, the site was revitalized in the 21st century to focus on single malts.
With improved fermentation and distillation processes and the use of fresh casks, the style has shifted toward floral and fruity notes. Today’s range, including expressions like Sovereign and 225 Sauternes Finish, reflects this modern, wood-driven complexity.
