Linkwood

Located in the outskirts of Elgin, Linkwood has represented Speyside’s fresh and delicate style since 1821. The spirit often carries notes of spring grass, apple, and floral aromas. Long fermentation, slow distillation, and the use of large stills for enhanced copper contact result in a silky and refined texture. This balance of freshness and body has made it a favorite among blenders and enthusiasts.

The distillery expanded in 1972 with a second production house, now totaling over 5.5 million liters in capacity. Owned by Diageo, its key expression is the Linkwood 12 Year Old from the Flora & Fauna series, showcasing its elegant floral-fruity character.
