Teaninich
Teaninich is one of the few Scotch distilleries without a traditional mash tun, having adopted a mash filter system in 2000 to produce ultra-clear wort. This, paired with fat stills, yields a fragrant and grassy spirit reminiscent of Japanese green tea and bison grass, with vibrant acidity and an oily texture.
Founded in 1817 by Captain Hugh Munro, Teaninich now plays a key production role in Diageo’s portfolio, mainly supporting blends. A 12-year-old expression features in the Flora & Fauna series, with occasional independent bottlings highlighting its unique profile.

Chorlton Whisky - Teaninich 12 Year Old
This Teaninich is more like a cake than whisky to me, on the nose, it is with sweetnesses like peach, cream cake and malted milk biscuits, a very creamy one. With a waxy palate, malty sweetness, orange peel and sweet ginger. It then ends...- $980.00
