Grappa

Grappa is a traditional Italian pomace brandy made by distilling the skins, seeds, and stems left over from winemaking. It embodies both sustainability and a strong sense of place. Typically bottled at 35% to 45% ABV, its flavor ranges from bright and fruity to bold and spicy, depending on the grape variety and distillation method. Modern Grappa has evolved from rustic farmhouse origins into a refined artisanal spirit. Premium expressions often use single grape varieties and may be aged in oak barrels (called barricata), revealing notes of vanilla, caramel, or nuts.
