Highland Park

Highland Park’s origins are cloaked in legend, with its founding marked in 1798 but with various accounts of its early ownership. Located in Kirkwall on the Orkney Islands, the distillery expanded under James Grant in the late 19th century and is now owned by Edrington. It continues to use traditional floor malting and lightly peated malt (under 3ppm), creating a signature balance of gentle smoke and honeyed sweetness.

Signature expressions include 12 and 18-year-olds, as well as limited editions inspired by Norse mythology. With warehouse capacity for 28,000 Sherry casks, Highland Park offers deep maturation character and has become a favorite among whisky enthusiasts worldwide.
