In Japanese, Tsukuriwake (造り分け) means "diverse creation," referring to the process of crafting a wide variety of original whisky flavors by using different elements such as malt, yeast, fermentation, distillation, and casks.

The Golden Promise in this series refers to the use of a famous barley variety of the same name. Golden Promise was widely used in Scotch whisky production during the 1970s and 80s, known for creating a full-bodied, rich, and sweet whisky with nutty notes. However, due to its lower yield, it was gradually replaced by new, higher-yielding varieties.
