This commemorative bottling was specially released by the Sakurao Distillery to celebrate the 60th birthday (Jiazi) of Nick Tse, the renowned Hong Kong bartender and owner of Bar Buonasera.

The bottle label specially features the celebratory inscription: "甲子新啟，松蒼柏翠，人壽年豐，德澤萬代" (signifying a prosperous new 60-year cycle, longevity, and timeless blessing).

Matured in a first-fill bourbon cask for over 4 years, a limited run of 207 bottles was released in 2025.
