"Pot Still W" is a Single Wash Still Whisky crafted exclusively from raw spirits distilled in our primary wash still, "Pot Still W."

This 2025 edition features a malt bill consisting of 100% domestically grown Japanese barley malt. Since beginning operations in 2016, the Shizuoka Distillery has continuously taken on the challenge of brewing with domestic barley malt. Although domestic barley malt is significantly more expensive than imported varieties, it gives rise to a delicate, beautifully sweet flavor profile.
