Ardbeg 21 Year Old Seann Chreag

"Seann Chreag" means "Ancient Rock" in Scottish Gaelic (pronounced similarly to Shawn Craig), and its inspiration comes from Beinn Bheigier, the highest hill in the southeastern part of Islay.

This 21-year-old Ardbeg is crafted using a high proportion of Oloroso sherry cask whiskies, complemented by bourbon cask whiskies. Master Blender Gillian Macdonald has described it as an older sibling and a more refined version of Ardbeg Uigeadail.
