This is the summer only, final and nama genshu version of OCEAN99 series, sake specific rice Suisei from Hokkaido is used this time. On the nose, it has apple, pear, banana and melon, superbly juicy and clear. The palate is on the sweet side, fruity and juicy without being too heavy and demanding, very well versed complexity and elegance.
