Crafted from 100% malted barley, Jung One’s base spirit is produced with the same fine care as a whisky’s "New Make." Following two initial distillations, the spirit is infused with a selection of native Korean botanicals, including Korean sansho pepper, baby ginseng, and perilla leaves - before undergoing a final distillation, which imbues the gin with a refined and authentically Korean character.
