Roseisle

Roseisle is a large-scale distillery built by Diageo in the early 21st century, representing a significant leap in modern whisky production. Equipped with 14 stills and a versatile condenser system, Roseisle can be fine-tuned to produce various spirit styles—from light, grassy notes through long fermentation and copper condensers, to nutty, heavier profiles using stainless steel and shorter processing.
