Douglas Laing is a renowned independent bottler from Scotland, founded in 1948 by Fred Douglas Laing. Now run by his son Fred Laing and granddaughter Cara Laing, the company is best known for the “Remarkable Regional Malts” series—including Big Peat, Scallywag, Timorous Beastie, Rock Island, and The Epicurean—that capture the character of different Scotch whisky regions.
