作 Zaku Junmai Daiginjo Miyabi No Tomo Nakatori

Superbly balanced sake of a popular brand
Brewed from Yamadanishiki with brewery yeast, this sake has signature sweetness and fruitiness of banana, white peach, grapes and citrus. This nakadori means that the first run and end run of the pressed sake are not used, therefore this sake has a perfect balance of tastes, apart from fruits, it is balanced with lively acidity. The finish has some astringency but it is very pleasant with transparency.
Pair with steamed seafood, skewers and poultry.
