Every year, Four Roses releases its Limited Edition Small Batch, with a global production of around 20,000 bottles, consistently sparking high demand worldwide. Unlike most Bourbon distilleries that stick to a single "signature yeast," Four Roses utilizes five unique yeast strains, allowing them to craft a distinct Limited Edition each year.

The 2025 Release leans heavily on the V yeast strain, delivering vibrant notes of fresh fruit, vanilla, and a rich caramel profile. A smaller portion of K yeast strain adds a touch of spice, making the layers of flavor more complex. Although the label does not carry a specific age statement, 90% of the blend has been aged for 13 years, while the remaining 10% whiskey was matured for over 19 years. The final expression is bottled at Barrel Strength: 109 Proof (54.5% ABV), preserving the authentic flavor and full-bodied mouthfeel of a barrel-strength bourbon.

Nose: The aroma opens with brown sugar and cinnamon spice, followed by notes of red berries, cream cake, vanilla, and caramel.
Palate: The initial sip offers a sweet berry-like fruitiness, which gradually transitions into the sweetness of vanilla and brown sugar. This is followed by a hint of baking spice, shredded ginger, and charred oak, all delivered with a silky and oily mouthfeel.
Finish: The finish lingers with brown sugar sweetness and a very long-lasting, sweet ginger candy note.
