Gordon & MacPhail (G&M) has a long-standing relationship with Macallan and even has its own dedicated Speymalt series, exclusively featuring whisky from the Macallan Distillery. Unlike some independent bottlings that do not disclose the distillery's identity, Speymalt can openly carry the Macallan name.

This Macallan was distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2026 after 18 years of maturation in a single Refill Sherry Hogshead. It was bottled at 60.3% Cask Strength, with a total outturn of just 286 bottles.

Official Tasting Notes:
Nose: Rich aromas of stewed berries, accompanied by baked apple and toffee.
Palate: Citrus zest, vanilla pod and raspberry.
Finish: Lingering notes of mature oak.
