The Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Years Old has long been one of the brand’s most iconic age-statement expressions, with a new edition released annually. The 2026 Release is matured predominantly in European oak casks seasoned with sherry in Jerez, Spain. This extended maturation develops the signature Sherry Oak character of dried fruits, spices and mature oak.

Reference Tasting Notes:
The nose offers notes of treacle tart, ginger, soaked raisins and sultanas, accompanied by orange and cinnamon. On the palate, dark chocolate-coated ginger is joined by dates and dried apricots, balanced by a hint of oak and vanilla sweetness. The long finish carries lingering notes of dried fruits, ginger and oak.
