Jack Daniel's x McLaren Formula 1® Team - Halo MK1

Halo MK1 is a limited-edition whiskey created in collaboration between Jack Daniel’s and the McLaren F1 Team, officially released in late April 2026.

What makes it special is that the design of its outer case takes inspiration from the Halo cockpit protection system used on McLaren’s Formula 1 cars. It features McLaren’s signature Papaya Orange colourway, while also incorporating elements such as alloy metal, micro-suede, and carbon-fibre-print detailing. The 58.7% ABV also carries special meaning: it pays tribute to McLaren Racing founder Bruce McLaren, whose first race car was an Austin 7 Ulster bearing the number “58”.

Its mash bill follows Jack Daniel’s classic recipe of 80% corn, 8% rye, and 12% malted barley. The oak barrel staves used for maturation are also air-seasoned outdoors for an extended period, helping to soften the tannins while bringing out deeper aromas and flavours.
