M&H (Milk & Honey) is Israel’s first whisky distillery, founded in 2012 and located in Tel Aviv. With guidance from the late Dr. Jim Swan, a leading expert in hot-climate maturation who served as its main consultant, the distillery was carefully designed with meticulous attention to material selection and maturation strategy. Israel’s hot and dry climate accelerates whisky aging, so M&H places great emphasis on cask management to maintain flavor balance under such conditions.

One of its flagship expressions, Classic Single Malt, highlights fresh fruit notes and vanilla-wood nuances. The brand also experiments with various cask types such as STR (shaved, toasted, re-charred) wine casks, Sherry casks, and even its unique Dead Sea series, aged under extreme climate conditions to create bold and intense profiles. M&H showcases the innovation and potential of whisky from non-traditional regions, bringing new energy to the global whisky scene.
