A Blended Whisky series under Hombo Shuzo, named after their former consultant, Kiichiro Iwai. Blended with imported whisky and Japanese Whisky with the ratio of 75% malt whisky and 25% grain whisky.
A limited release finished in Pedro Ximenez Sherry Cask, with more sweetnesses like maple syrup and brown sugar than the normal version, and we still find notes of berries and raisins in this version.

Situated at high altitude, the Shinshu Distillery benefits from a cool and stable climate, allowing for slow and refined maturation. Popular expressions like the Komagatake series showcase a balance of fruit, vanilla, and gentle oak, reflecting a delicate, elegant style. Mars also integrates maturation from its southern Tsunuki Distillery, embracing the potential of multi-terroir aging and standing as a key symbol of diversity in Japanese whisky
