Select Cask is created from carefully selected casks of each of Laphroaig’s styles (Quarter Cask, PX Cask, Triple Wood & 10 Year Old), and further mature in American oak casks.
A strong peaty aroma comes first, then ripe red fruits with a hint of dryness. While the initial palate is sweet, then changes to classic dry, peaty and ashy flavours. A long finish with marzipan and limes at the end.

Laphroaig

Laphroaig is one of Islay’s most distinctive and polarizing distilleries.
