Old Fitzgerald is a renowned Wheated Bourbon series from Heaven Hill. By substituting rye with wheat as the secondary grain, it creates a softer and more rounded profile, allowing notes of sweetness, custard, and toffee to shine through while keeping the spice notes more restrained.

Released under the strict Bottled-in-Bond regulations, every batch of Old Fitzgerald must be distilled in the same season of the same year, and bottled at 100 Proof (~50% ABV). Released only twice a year in limited spring and fall editions, it offers a rich, well-rounded palate filled with caramel, vanilla, and creamy flavors. The oak spice is perfectly measured, creating a wonderful balance with the underlying sweetness.
