Saicho Sparkling Tea Mini Collection (3*200ml)

Saicho places single-origin tea at the heart of its sparkling teas. Each tea is cold brewed over an extended period to extract its delicate aromas and flavours, before sweetness and acidity are carefully balanced and fine bubbles are added. The result is a 0.0% sparkling tea designed with food pairing in mind. Saicho recommends serving it chilled in a champagne glass, making it equally suitable as an aperitif or alongside a meal.

This Mini Collection features three 200ml expressions. Jasmine, made with jasmine-scented green tea from Fuding in Fujian, offers an aromatic floral profile with notes of apple, lychee and vanilla. Darjeeling, made with black tea from Darjeeling, India, brings citrus, ginger and woody spice together with more pronounced tea character and tannins. Hojicha takes a distinctly roasted direction, showing notes of nori seaweed, roasted hazelnut and delicate smoke. From fresh florals and fruit to deeper umami flavours, the three expressions offer an excellent introduction to the different styles of Saicho Sparkling Tea.
