Signatory - Edradour No.1 6 Year Old 2020 for Andrew Symington

Edradour

Despite its modest scale, Edradour exudes old-world charm. The distillery uses traditional gear like an open rake and plough mash tun, wooden washbacks, and tiny stills with worm tubs—elements that result in a robust yet fruity spirit.

Since being acquired by Signatory, Edradour has favored ex-Sherry casks for maturation, enhancing the richness and depth of its whiskies. This commitment to craftsmanship and flavor has made Edradour one of the Highland’s most characterful distilleries.
