Talisker Wild Blue 2025 Edition

Talisker has once again partnered with Blue Marine Foundation, to launch the Wild Blue 2025 Edition. This release features a bottle made from 100% recycled glass and a minimalist ceramic design replacing traditional labels. For every bottle of Wild Blue sold, Talisker will donate £3 to the Blue Marine Foundation to support marine ecosystem restoration.

This edition underwent a 16-month finishing period in red wine casks from the Atlantic coast of South Africa. The aroma offers fruity notes of cranberries and figs, alongside a savory, smoky character like bacon. On the palate, it delivers Talisker's signature black pepper notes, accompanied by a touch of fruit sweetness and a hint of tannins. The finish leaves a lingering sweetness and more intense smokiness.

Talisker

Talisker, the flagship distillery of the Isle of Skye since 1830, is famed for its bold island character combining smoke, pepper, and maritime notes. Unique equipment such as long, coiled worm tub condensers and reflux-enhancing boil balls produce a rich yet spicy spirit. Talisker employs medium-peated malt matured in Bourbon and Refill Sherry casks to balance smoky and salty flavors.
