WhistlePig purchased their farm in 2007, a relatively young distillery, and they spent 5 years renovating the dairy barn. Since then they aim to make finest Rye Whiskey, beginning with blending with a stock of 10 year old whiskey they got from a Canadian distillery.

Whistlepig 10 year old was the very first whisky released by the distillery back in 2015, a complex rye whiskey bottled at 100 proof (50%ABV). With the aromas of orange peel, spice, caramel and charred oak.
