Knockando
Situated by the River Spey, Knockando has been dedicated to single malt whisky production since 1898. Its name comes from Gaelic, meaning “little black hill.” Known for its light and elegant style, Knockando’s whiskies carry aromas of fresh fruit and cereal, with each bottling clearly marked by vintage year. Traditional fermentation and distillation methods ensure a clean and natural profile.
While a key malt in J&B blended whisky, Knockando also maintains a steady range of single malts. Notably, Knockando 12 Year Old and vintage-dated editions are beloved for their gentle palate and clean finish—ideal for both newcomers and seasoned whisky drinkers.
