Launched in August 2019. Billy Walker had been working tirelessly on this new expression since 2017.
Matured in PX + Oloroso Sherry Casks, giving the whisky a classic sherry style influrence. On the nose, it is with dark fruits, toffee, spices and milk chocolate. On the palate, you will find it very smooth and silky, developing into dark chocolate, orange and a bit oakiness.

Glenallachie

Founded in 1967, Glenallachie is a relatively young Speyside distillery originally built by Mackinlay McPherson for blending purposes. Located at the foot of Ben Rinnes, it was acquired by Pernod Ricard in 1989. In 2017, industry veteran Billy Walker and his team took over, transforming Glenallachie into a single malt-focused brand that quickly gained acclaim.

Under Walker’s direction, the distillery underwent a full overhaul—redefining cask management and emphasizing Sherry casks and specialty finishes. The result is a richer, sweeter house style with notes of dried fruit and spice. Flagship expressions like Glenallachie 12 Year Old and various limited editions showcase depth and personality, establishing the distillery as a rising Speyside star.
