Extravagant top sake from the renowned brewery 

Using Yamadanishiki from Hyogo, plus the effects of Kochi (CEL-19) and Kumamoto (KA-1) yeasts, this sake has intense ripe fruits nose such as apple, pear, with sweetness of rice, tastes like cereal and chestnut. The sake has no added water, so it is full body with extremely complex tastes. Apart from fruity sweetness, it shows the dryness of a typical 'Tosa' sake of Shikoku island. Very balanced acidity and savouriness, persistent finish.
