A 16-year-old rum from the renowned Foursquare Distillery in Barbados, selected by Maltbarn, matured in a bourbon cask. A superb rum offering great value.

On the nose, it carries Tiramisu, cream, custard donut, espresso and a touch of cedar wood. Sweet and rummy on the palate, like maple syrup and candied citrus, with hints of tobacco, oak and spice. The finish is medium to long, warming, leaving a lingering taste of grapefruit, turning into spice, tobacco and a touch of smoke.
