Selected by InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong, this Hong Kong-exclusive Mars Tsunuki is the inaugural release in the "Kimono Series," a collection dedicated to honoring the exquisite artistry of the Japanese Kimono.

The Tsunuki Distillery is located in Kagoshima at the southern tip of Japan. The region’s warm, subtropical climate fosters a unique interaction between the whisky and the cask, resulting in a faster maturation process. This single cask expression was matured for over 4 years in a PX Sherry Hogshead. Characterized by its medium-peated profile, the whisky offers a rich complexity that strikes a perfect balance between smokiness and the sweetness of the Sherry cask.
