With short fermentations, Glen Garioch’s new make spirit is rich in cereal and spice, with a waxy, tallow-like character. As it matures, this robust body mellows into a thick texture brimming with honeyed fruit and heather notes.

Though unpeated since the 1990s, the distillery has recently reintroduced small batches of peated barley. This blend of heritage and innovation under Beam Suntory ownership defines Glen Garioch’s distinct Highland identity.
