Glenmorangie is a Highland distillery renowned for its towering stills and innovative cask aging. Using hard water from Tarlogie Springs and unpeated malt, the spirit is distilled in the tallest stills in Scotland, resulting in a refined and delicate character. Most of its whiskies mature in bespoke American oak casks, imparting vanilla, honey, and crème brûlée notes. Some expressions are further finished in Port, Sherry, or Sauternes casks.

As one of the pioneers in cask finishing, Glenmorangie is also known for its innovative use of chocolate malt in the Signet release. From the classic Glenmorangie Original to the oak-driven Astar, each expression reflects the distillery’s meticulous approach. These qualities make Glenmorangie a standout representative of Highland single malts.
